Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using TOXcloud's infrastructure and storage distribution network.

Last Updated: September 2026

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TOXcloud, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2 User Accounts & Security

When registering on TOXcloud, you must supply valid credentials. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password, developer API keys, and account access tokens. Any activity originating from your master API credentials will be treated as authorized by you.

3 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TOXcloud's upload bridges or proxy infrastructure to host, stream, or distribute:

  • Malicious files, exploits, viruses, worms, or trojans.
  • Content promoting violence, self-harm, hate speech, or child sexual abuse material.
  • Denial-of-service attack scripts or automated scrapers intended to overwhelm our proxies.

4 File Storage, Quotas & Fair Usage

All storage accounts are governed by their respective daily upload limit and fair use policies. We reserve the right to throttle abusive automated bots or remove dead files with zero downloads over extended retention periods (e.g. 90+ days on inactive free accounts).

5 Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership rights of content you submit. By uploading, you grant TOXcloud a technical license to replicate and stream your media files across our distributed cluster nodes to fulfill your delivery requests.

6 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating security, operating excessive parallel worker scripts, or breaching network stability without prior notice.

7 Limitation of Liability

TOXcloud is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from upstream cloud outages, network maintenance, or third-party service purges.
