1 Infringement Notification
TOXcloud operates strictly as an automated cloud storage and link replication service provider. We do not actively monitor or pre-screen user files. However, we act swiftly to investigate and remove content reported through valid copyright notices pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2 Notice Requirements
To file an official infringement notice, submit an email including the following details:
- An electronic or physical signature of the authorized copyright owner or agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Exact TOXcloud download, direct stream, or embed URLs hosting the material.
- Your direct contact details (full name, email address, and physical address).
- A good-faith statement confirming that the disputed use is unauthorized.
3 Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your file was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, file ID, contact address, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
